性质描述:

无色油状液体，熔点-99.3℃，沸点134.7℃，相对密度0.8656（20/4℃），折光率1.3962，闪点26℃。能与乙醇、乙醚、苯混溶，约溶于350份水。

生产方法:

工业上由异戊酸和乙醇在硫酸或盐酸催化下反应而得。也可由异丁腈、乙醇、硫酸加热回流10小时，分出酯层后分馏而得。

用途:

本品具有类似苹果、桑子香气，用作精油、香料、人造水果香精，也可用于食品和烟草。本品还可作溶剂。
