性质描述:

针状结晶体。分解温度235-236℃，微溶于水、醇、醚。其盐酸盐，熔点243℃，易溶于水，溶于乙醇，不溶于乙醚。

生产方法:

由儿茶酚、氯乙酸、三氯氧磷经弗-克反应生成氯乙酰儿茶酚，再用甲胺进行胺化反应得到肾上腺酮。

用途:

止血药安络血、非甾体激素类药的中间体。
