Background:

1,2-Dioctanoyl-3-decanoyl-rac-glycerol is a triacylglycerol that contains octanoic acid at the sn-1 and sn-2 positions and decanoic acid at the sn-3 position. It has been found in the suberin of wound-healing potatoes.1
