Scrambled 10Panx是10Panx (WRQAAFVDSY)的重排形式,抑制巨噬细胞对染料的吸收,而不影响细胞膜电流。10Panx是pannexin 1的模拟肽。10Panx在结构上与多肽PanxE1B相似,比PanxE1B少三个氨基酸,对卵母细胞中的pannexin1电流具有抑制效应,效果与PanxE1b相似。10Panx也能够阻断I2nd的激活,减少缓激肽(bradykinin)诱导的[Ca2+]i,减弱缓激肽诱导的quinacrine处理的人成纤维细胞中ATP的释放。
