RLA-4842 is an iron activator containing anti-androgen with anC_maxvalue of 346 ng/mL. RLA-4842 has anti-proliferative activity on metastatic castrated tolerant prostatecancer(mCRPC) cell line and can stably exist in vivo^[1].

体外研究
(In Vitro)

RLA-4842 (compound 9) (0、0.1、0.5、1、5、10、20、25 μM；10 min) 以浓度依赖性方式抑制 LNCaP-AR 细胞^[1]。
RLA-4842 (5 μM；0-6 d) 对 VCaP、PC3、LNCaP 和 C4-2B 细胞有抑制作用^[1]。
RLA-4842 (5 μM；24 h) 下调了 LNCaP 细胞中 KLK-2 和 KLK-3 的表达水平^[1]。
