产品描述 | Py-BODIPY-NHS ester is a cell-permeable and fluorescent energy transfer probe. Py-BODIPY-NHS ester tracer yields strong cellular engagement and proves to be optimal for MET kinase. The live-cell energy transfer technique can perform a broad-coverage, quantitative analysis of intracellular kinase target engagement[1][2]. Triphenylphosphonium-fluorochromes (TPP-fluorochromes) are a new class of spectrally variable, mitochondrially targeted probes.
