Zanolimumab (Anti-HumanCD4Recombinant Antibody) is a fully human monoclonal antibody targetsCD4. Zanolimumab effectively inhibits T-cell receptor (TCR) signal transduction. Zanolimumab can be used for the research of heumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, melanoma, cutaneous and peripheral T-cell lymphoma^[1].

Zanolimumab (10 and 100 ng/mL) shows strong killing of the CD4⁺T cells with a better effect to CD45RO⁺subset than the CD45RA⁺subset^[1].
