产品描述

9-Cyclopentyladenine monomethylsulfonate (9-CP-Ade mesylate) is a stable non-competitive adenylate cyclase inhibitor with cell permeable properties[1][2].

9-Cyclopentyladenine monomethanesulfonate (200 μM, 30 min) inhibits the activation of cAMP response element binding protein (CREB) and completely blocks neurogenesis in PC12 cells[1].9-Cyclopentyladenine monomethanesulfonate (100 μM, 30min) attenuates the effect of relaxin on mechanical activity and prevents relaxin-induced hyperpolarization thereby being involved in the regulation of relaxin on ileal smooth muscle activity in female CD1 Swiss mice[2].9-Cyclopentyladenine monomethanesulfonate (100 μM, 6 hours) promotes restoration of the keratinocyte permeability barrier by inhibiting the synthesis of cAMP in male hairless mice[3].
