Poly (I:C):Kanamycin (1:1) is a mixture of poly (I:C) and kanamycin. Poly(I:C) is a synthetic double-stranded RNA (dsRNA), which is aToll-like receptor 3(TLR3) agonist. Kanamycin is positively charged (poly-NH3) and can thus neutralize the negative charge of Poly I:C and thereby stabilized the molecule.
