Peimine(Dihydroisoimperialine; Verticine) is a natural compound with good anti-inflammatory effects in vivo. IC50 value: Target: Peimine (0-25 mg/L) significantly inhibited tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, interleukin (IL)-6, IL-1β, and increasedIL-10production. Furthermore, peimine significantly inhibited the phosphorylation of p38,ERKandc-jun N-terminal kinase(JNK) as well as decreased p65 and IκB.
