Tirucallol 是一种从Euphorbia lacteal乳胶中分离得到的四环三萜。Tirucallol 具有局部消炎作用。Tirucallol 可以抑制小鼠模型中的耳部水肿，并抑制脂多糖刺激的巨噬细胞中亚硝酸盐的产生。

生物活性

Tirucallol, a tetracyclic triterpene, is isolated fromEuphorbia lacteallatex. Tirucallol has topical anti-inflammatory effect. Tirucallol can suppress ear edema in the mouse model and inhibit nitrite production in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated macrophages^[1].
