Pomalidomide-PEG1-azide is a novel E3 ligase lgand-linker conjugate consisting of an E3 ligase ligand pomalidomide and a PEGylated
crosslinker with terminal azide for click chemistry with a target
ligand. It has been used as a building block for synthesis of PROTAC degraders for
targeted protein degradation.
