SKBR3 human breast cancer cells were serum starved for four hours before being exposed to 50nM recombinant human FKN for 5 minutes, with or without previous incubation with either a CX3CR1 neutralizing antibody used at 15μg/ml or the JMS-17-2 antagonist (10nM) for 30 minutes at 37 ℃.
