Fosravuconazole is a ravuconazole prodrug. It has antifungal activity.

Fosravuconazole displays comparable efficacy at inhibiting the C. Albicans infection model in mice as orally administered ravuconazole. Upon iv administration to rats, Fosravuconazole rapidly converses with ravuconazole.
