LM985 is one of a series of compounds based on the flavone ring structure. It has anti-tumor activities.

LM985 diaplays inhibitory effects against MAC 13 cells. However, MAC 15A cells are less sensitive to LM985[1].

LM985 (200 mg/kg, s.c.) displays moderate activity against MAC 13. It responses are considerably enhanced, after repeated injection 7 days [2].
