Resolvin D2 decreases leukocyte:endothelial interactions in vivo by endothelial-dependent nitric oxide production, and direct modulation of leukocyte adhesion receptor expression[2]. Peripheral administration of Resolvin D2 potently inhibits inflammatory pain[3].
