(R)-(+)-HA-966 ((+)-HA-966) is a partial agonist/antagonist of glycine site of the N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor complex. (R)-(+)-HA-966 specificly blocks the activation of the mesolimbic dopamine system by amphetamine.
