Description: Loreclezole HCl (R72063; R72063; R 72063) is the hydrochloride salt of Loreclezole which is a triazole derivative and an anti-seizure, anticonvulsant and antiepileptic agent. Loreclezole acts as a subtype-selective positive allosteric modulator (PAM) of GABAA receptor.
