BMPS Crosslinker, formerly known as 3-Maleimido-propionic NHS ester, is a non-cleavable, water insoluble, heterobifunctional protein crosslinker that is commonly used to crosslink haptens to carrier proteins and enzymes to antibodies. The BMPS crosslinker's NHS ester and maleimide reactive groups react with amino and sulfhydryl moites, respectively. BMPS Crosslinker is useful for making ADCs (antibody drug conjugates).
