Background:

Carboxy-PTIO,是一种常用的一氧化氮清除剂,可以用于抑制一氧化氮信号通路。本Carboxy-PTIO为钾盐(Carboxy-PTIO , potassium salt)。carboxy-PTIO 可以和NO反应生成carboxy-PTI衍生物,同时产生亚硝酸盐或硝酸盐,从而起到清除NO 的作用。


Carboxy-PTIO水溶性很好,溶解度大于20 mg/ml,可溶于一些常见缓冲液如PBS等,也可溶于无水乙醇、甲醇、DMSO、二 甲基甲酰胺。

Carboxy-PTIO常见使用浓度为0.1-10mM。实际的最佳工作浓度请参考相关文献,或根据实验目的,以及所培养的特定细胞 和组织,通过实验进行摸索和优化。
