背景信息：
IFIT3（干扰素诱导的具有四肽重复的蛋白质 3；视黄酸诱导的基因 G 蛋白 (RIG-G)）是 IFIT 干扰素刺激基因的家族之一，其基因具有抗病毒特性 (1,2)。IFIT3 在 T 细胞、B 细胞、浆细胞样和髓系树突状细胞、神经元和肾细胞中广泛表达 (3,4)。为了响应 RNA 病毒感染，IFIT3 通过与线粒体（5）上的 TBK1 和 MAVS 相互作用来调节 IRF3 激活。IFIT3 也与 IFIT1 相互作用，导致针对在帽结构中缺乏 2'-O-甲基化的病毒 RNA 的抑制活性（6）。
