背景信息：

整合素α-3/β-1是纤维连接蛋白、层粘连蛋白、胶原、表面活性物质、血小板反应蛋白和CSPG4的受体。整合素α-3/β-1以胶原依赖的方式为FAP（seprase）在侵袭足质膜上提供对接位点，因此可能参与粘附、侵袭足形成和基质降解过程，促进细胞侵袭。α-3/β-1可能通过LGALS3介导CSPG4对内皮细胞迁移的刺激。
