背景信息：

mTORC1 激酶复合体是调控细胞生长的一个关键组分 (1,2)。其活性受能量水平、生长因子和氨基酸的调节 (3,4)。研究发现，RagA、RagB、RagC 和 RagD 这四个相关的 GTP 酶与 mTORC1 中的 raptor 发生相互作用 (1,2)。这些相互作用是在氨基酸信号的作用下激活 mTORC1 所必需的，并且足够辅助该激活 (1,2)。已证实一种由 LAMTOR1/C11orf59、LAMTOR2/ROBLD3 和 LAMTOR3/MAPKSP1 组成的蛋白复合体可以与四种 Rag GTP 酶相互作用并募集它们至溶酶体表面 (5)。
