背景信息：

内质网氨肽酶 1 (ERAP1) 是一种 IFN-γ 诱导型肽酶，作为 II 型跨膜蛋白插入内质网 (ER) 膜 (1)。研究表明，ERAP1 通过促进加载到 MHC I 类等位基因上的肽片段的成熟来影响免疫系统的适应性分支，然后呈递供 T 淋巴细胞识别 (2,3)。ERAP1 的缺陷与人类疾病有关。已在 ERAP1 中鉴定出多种单核苷酸多态性，这些多态性会改变蛋白质产物的酶活性，并与 HLA-B27 一起导致对强直性脊柱炎的易感性，这是一种影响关节的炎症性疾病 (4,5）。
