背景信息：

MFSD11 (Major Facilitator Superfamily Domain Containing 11) is located on human chromosome 17q25.1. The MFSD11 protein is ubiquitously expressed in colon, stomach and other tissues. Structurally, the encoded MFSD11 protein is reported to be 27160 Da in mass. The MFSD11 (also known as ET) gene is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, fruit fly, mosquito, C.elegans, and frog. 238 organisms have orthologs with human gene MFSD11. MFSD11 is associated with some diseases, such as Immature Cataract.
