背景信息：

LRRC74A (Leucine-Rich Repeat Containing 74A) is located on human chromosome 14q24.3. The LRRC74A protein is restrictedly expressed toward testis. Structurally, the encoded protein is reported to be 54535 Da in mass. The LRRC74A (also known as LRRC74; C14orf166B) gene is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, and zebrafish. 225 organisms have orthologs with human gene LRRC74A. LRRC74A is associated with some diseases, including Twin-To-Twin Transfusion Syndrome and Exstrophy Of Bladder. An important paralog of this gene is LRRC74B.
