Description: Mocravimod HCl (KRP203) is a novel and potent sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor type 1 agonist, acting as an immunosuppressant that ameliorates atherosclerosis in LDL-R-/- mice. KRP-203 attenuates rat autoimmune myocarditis. KRP-203 combined with cyclosporine prolonged graft survival and abrogated transplant vasculopathy in rat heart allografts.
