Enilconazole, formerly known as Imazalil, is an inhibitor of 14α-demethylase, aromatase, and androgen receptors that inhibits ergosterol synthesis and fungal cell wall formation. It also alters neural differentiation and exhibits teratogenic effects in vertebrate development. References: Kirmizigul AH, Erkilic EE, Buyuk F, Gokce E, Citil M.
