Dehydrocorydalin is an AChE inhibitor found in Corydalis. It induces DNA fragmentation in breast cancer cells, inhibits LPS-induced increases in IL-6 and IL-1β in macrophages, and suppresses the development of passive cutaneous anaphylaxis, contact dermatitis, and mast cell degranulation in models of allergies.
