Clevudine triphosphate is the triphosphate and activated form of Clevudine (L FMAU; L-FMAU; Levovir; Revovir), which is a novel antiviral (anti-HBV) drug marketed in South Korea and the Philippines for the treatment of hepatitis B (HBV) infections. It inhibits HBV with EC50 0.1 μM in HepG2 2.2.15 cells as well as EBV.
