| 产品描述 | Disitamab vedotin (RC48) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) comprising a monoclonal antibody against human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) conjugated via a cleavable linker to the cytotoxic agent Monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE). Disitamab vedotin enhances antitumor immunity[1]. The antibody part was a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting HER2, the small molecule toxin was monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE), a synthetic antineoplastic agent.
