QPX7728-OH disodium inhibits cleavage of Nitrocefin by purified class A, C and D enzymes, with Kis less than 0.1 µμ[1]. QPX7728-OH disodium potentiates Aztreonam and Tigemonam against strains expressing class A and class C enzymes, with MICs≤5 µg/mL.
