It inhibits the growth of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including S. faecalis, S. aureus, B. subtilis, E. coli, P. aeruginosa, P. vulgaris, S. sonnei, S. typhosa, and K. pneumoniae (MICs = 5.2-83 μg/ml). |
