Oleanonic acid (3-Oxooleanolic acid) 是一种三萜，可以抑制 HIV-1 对细胞的感染。起抑制 HIV-1 体外感染 PBMC，自然感染 PBMC和单核细胞/巨噬细胞的 EC50 分别为 22.7 mM，24.6 mM 和57.4 mM。除此之外，它可以抑制鼠腹腔白细胞产生白三烯 B4，IC50为 17 μM。
