SUN11602是一种苯胺化合物,模仿碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的神经保护机制。它模拟bFGF的神经保护作用,防止谷氨酸诱导的神经元死亡。它还能增加大脑皮层神经元中CALB1基因的表达水平,并引发FGFR和ERK1/2的磷酸化[1][2]。
