JB061 是一种非肌肉肌球蛋白抑制剂，IC₅₀分别为 4.4 μM (心肌肌球蛋白)、9.1 μM (骨骼肌肌球蛋白) 和 >100 μM (平滑肌肌球蛋白II)。JB061 抑制 ATP 酶活性的能力较低 (IC₅₀>200 μM)。JB061 对 COS-7 细胞具有细胞毒作用，IC₅₀为 39 μM。

生物活性

JB061 is anonmusclemyosininhibitor withIC₅₀s of 4.4 μM (Cardiac musclemyosin), 9.1 μM (Skeletal musclemyosin), and >100 μM (Smooth musclemyosinII), respectively. JB061 poorly decreases ATPase activity (IC₅₀>200 μM). JB061 shows cytotoxicity against COS-7 cells with anIC₅₀value of 39 μM^[1].
