dCeMM1 is aRBM39glue degrader. dCeMM1 shows functions by re-directing the activity of the CRL4^DCAF15ligase. dCeMM1 decreases the expression of RBM39 levels in WT KBM7 cells^[1].

体外研究
(In Vitro)

dCeMM1 (0-100 μM; 3 days) 抑制细胞生长，WT 和 UBE2M^mutKBM7 细胞的 EC₅₀分别为 3、8 μM^{[1 ]}.
dCeMM1 (10 μM; 12, 16 h) 降低 WT KBM7 细胞中 RBM39 的表达水平^[1]。
