生物活性

Cyclosomatostatin is a potentsomatostatin (SST)receptor antagonist. Cyclosomatostatin can inhibitsomatostatin receptortype 1 (SSTR1) signaling and decreases cell proliferation, ALDH+ cell population size and sphere-formation in colorectalcancer(CRC) cells^[1].
