SMBA1 通过阻断 S184 磷酸化、促进 Bax 插入线粒体膜并形成 Bax 寡聚体来诱导 Bax 的构象变化显示 Bax 激动剂活性^[1]。
SMBA1 (0, 0.1, 1, 5, 10 μM; 24 h) 在 A549 细胞中以剂量依赖性方式增强 Bax 表达^[1]。
