Arnicolide D 是一种从石胡荽 (Centipeda minima) 中分离出倍半萜内酯。Arnicolide D 调节细胞周期，激活caspase信号通路，并抑制PI3K/AKT/mTOR和STAT3信号通路。Arnicolide D 以剂量和时间依赖性方式显着抑制鼻咽癌 (NPC) 细胞生长。

生物活性

Arnicolide D is a sesquiterpene lactone isolated fromCentipeda minima. Arnicolide D modulates the cell cycle, activates thecaspasesignaling pathway and inhibits thePI3K/AKT/mTORandSTAT3signaling pathways. Arnicolide D inhibits Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) cell viability in a concentration- and time-dependent manner^[1].
