MDM2/4-p53-IN-3 (Compound 2a, 1-100 μM, 48 h) inhibits cell proliferation^[1].
MDM2/4-p53-IN-3 dissociates p53-MDMs complexes (immunoenzymatic assays) with IC₅₀values of 18.5 nM (MDM2-p53) and 14.8 nM (MDM4-p53)^[1].

Cell Proliferation Assay^[1]

Cell Line:	HCT116, SJSA-1, LNCaP, MCF-7
Concentration:	1-100 μM
Incubation Time:	48 h (HCT116), 72 h (MCF-7), 96 h (SJSA-1, LNCaP)
Result:	Inhibited cell proliferation with IC₅₀values of 23.6 μM (HCT116), 12.6 μM (SJSA-1), 13.1 μM (LNCaP), 14.3 μM (MCF-7).
