CCT018159, a 3,4-diaryl pyrazoleresorcinol, is a ATP-competitiveHSP90ATPaseactivity inhibitor withIC₅₀s of 3.2 and 6.6 μM for human Hsp90β and yeastHsp90, respectively. CCT018159 caused cell cytostasis associated with a G1 arrest and inducesapoptosis. CCT018159 inhibits key endothelial and tumor cell functions implicated in invasion and angiogenesis^[1].
