(S,R,S)-AHPC-C3-NH2 TFA (VH032-C3-NH2 TFA) is a synthesizedE3 ligase ligand-linker conjugatethat incorporates the VH032 based VHL ligand and a linker used inPROTACtechnology. (S,R,S)-AHPC-C3-NH2 can be used in the synthesis of a series ofPROTACs, such as UNC6852 (HY-130708). UNC6852 is an EED-targeted bivalent chemical degrader^[1].

PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins.
